• HashiCorp’s Vault agentic IAM, announced on September 1, 2026, “brings agent identity, authentication, and authorization into a single operational model.”
• Kong AI Gateway 2.0, announced on September 1, 2026, ships things like “MCP Server Bundling for governed agent tool access; dynamic modality-aware cost management; expanded model and provider coverage across Kimi, Microsoft Foundry, and Amazon SageMaker; identity-aware AI policies powered by Kong Identity; and native IAM authentication for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.”
