The magic of dots is when they bring you work done the way you would do it, sometimes before you even think to ask.

It reminds me the concept of “noncommand user interfaces” and an article by Jakob Nielsen from 1993 where he writes that “agents allow the computer to take the initiative to initiate interactions with the user.”
